Q: What types of products and services do you offer?

A: Figments & Fables offers self-paced digital courses, live group cohorts, downloadable workbooks, and private coaching packages—all designed to help you master strategic storytelling for your business.

Q: Where can I access the materials I purchased?

A: Upon purchase, you’ll receive an email with access or download instructions. Check your spam or promotions folder if it doesn’t arrive within 10 minutes.

Q: Can I share my purchase with my team, clients, or friends?

A: No. Your purchase grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for individual use only. Sharing or distributing materials without permission violates our Terms of Use and may result in access revocation or legal action.

Q: I can’t find my login details. How do I access my course or program?
A: If you’ve lost your login or never received it:

  • First, search your inbox for any emails from “Figments & Fables” or your Thrivecart.
  • If you still can’t find your login, go to the login page for your course platform and click “Forgot Password” to reset it.
  • If that doesn’t work, email us at susan@figmentsandfables.com with the name and email address used during purchase. We’ll assist you within 24–48 business hours.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Courses, Workbooks, Templates)

Q: What is your refund policy for digital products?

A: Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Q: What if I didn’t receive my download or access link?

A: Please email us at [insert support email]. We’ll resend your link within 24–48 business hours.


LIVE COHORTS & GROUP PROGRAMS

Q: What is your refund policy for live cohorts or group programs?

A: Due to limited cohort capacity:
– Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated case-by-case.
– We prioritize resolving concerns through support or additional coaching.
– Refunds will not be issued after the midpoint of a cohort.

Q: Can I defer my enrollment to a future cohort?

A: Yes—we offer one-time deferrals if requested 7+ days before the start date. Deferral requests after that date may not be granted.

1:1 COACHING PACKAGES

Q: What is your refund policy for coaching sessions or VIP Days?

A: Coaching is a personalized, time-based service. Therefore:
– All coaching sales are final and non-refundable.
– Sessions must be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiture.
– Bundled sessions must be used within 6 months unless otherwise noted.

LICENSES & USAGE

Q: What can I do with the materials I purchased?

A: You may:
– Use content for personal or business education purposes.
– Download and print for your own non-commercial use.
You may NOT:
