Voxer coaching gives you direct access to me (Susan Lovett) via walkie-talkie-style voice and text messaging. You get expert guidance and real-time feedback without having to look presentable, find a quiet room, or clear your calendar for a full meeting.
This is coaching built for real life—especially when your brain is spinning with ideas, but you just need someone to help you get them sorted, strengthened, and ready to go.

HOW IT WORKS:
Voxer Power Hour — $250
Get 1 hour of my coaching time spread across a 2-hour window (e.g. 10am–12pm). You’ll message me during the block, and I’ll respond with thoughtful, strategic feedback as we go. It’s focused, flexible, and surprisingly effective.
Voxer Half-Day Sprint — $600
Need more space to explore, clarify, and craft? You’ll have access to me over a 4-hour window (e.g. 9am–1pm), where we’ll dive deeper into whatever story or messaging challenge you’re facing. It’s like having a story strategist in your pocket—without taking over your whole day.
A Note About Timing
This is not a nonstop chat session. Instead, it’s an intentional back-and-forth that lets you think, reflect, and respond at your own pace. You’ll receive a full hour (or half-day’s worth) of expert coaching, but spread out over a time block that gives you room to breathe.

VOXER COACHING FAQ
What is Voxer, Exactly?
Voxer is a free app (mobile or desktop) that works like a walkie-talkie. You can send voice notes, text messages, and links—and I’ll reply with the same. It’s an easy, flexible way to have a deep, thoughtful conversation without needing to be live on video.
Will you be replying constantly for 2-4 hours?
No—and that’s the beauty of it. I’ll be coaching you actively within your chosen time block, but not continuously. You can expect about 1 hour of coaching in a 2-hour block, or 2–2.5 hours in a half-day, spread out intentionally. It gives you time to reflect, revise, and respond—while still feeling fully supported.
Do I need to have something written already?
Not at all. You can bring a rough draft, a rough idea, a structure, or even just a problem you want to talk through. Wherever you are, we’ll work from there.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule with 24 hours’ notice using your booking link. If you need to reschedule more than twice, I’ll check in to reassess—just to protect both of our calendars. Emergencies? Just let me know. I’ll always meet honesty with flexibility.
What about cancelling my session?
Voxer sessions are not refundable should you cancel. You may reschedule if something else comes up. Please see the answer above about this.
Can I use this in between Zoom sessions?
Absolutely. Voxer coaching is a great way to get momentum between deeper sessions—or as a standalone option when you don’t have time for a full call.
Will I get a recap or transcript?
No transcript, but you can refer back to the full Voxer thread any time. I often leave a final summary voice note at the end to help you capture key takeaways.
