There are a variety of ways to work with me one-on-one.
HOURLY 1:1 COACHING SESSIONS
During a half-hour or hour-long session on Zoom, we could:
- Workshop a story idea
- Refine your brand message
- Brainstorm a brand story strategy
- Review/edit a brief document
- Refine your throughline/logline/premise
- Check your progress
- Critique a story or two

Need a bit more time?
A half VIP Day is a great option for crossing larger items off your list. See below for some tasks you could complete during a four-hour session.
How does this work?
When you sign up, you will receive a form to let me know what you want and need from the session. I’ll also need to know what materials you’ll be sending to me.
Now what happens next depends on what you need my help to accomplish. Sometimes, I might take an hour or so to review and critique your materials so we can talk about what needs changing.
Other times, we’ll jump on the Zoom call from the first moments and work straight through the four hours together. It all depends on what approach will work best for what you’re trying to accomplish.
If you want a brainstorming session, we’ll tackle that right away. But if you want a brand messaging audit, I’ll need to use some of our time to review your materials and compile my feedback before we chat.
I’ll send you a message after receiving your form to let you know what to expect during your session and what I will need in advance.

VIP Days follow the same pattern as a 1/2 VIP day.
You submit the form I send after a booking so I can see what you want and need. Then I will send you a message laying out the plan for our day. I design each day to suit your particular needs.
The timing will shift depending on the goal, and the materials provided.
In a full day session, we could:
- Conduct a brand audit for consistent messaging
- Workshop a presentation, course, or webinar
- Doctor (edit) a longer script or presentation
- Workshop a brand campaign
- Refine a speech or presentation
- Do a first ten pages breakdown and developmental review for a book or script
- Do an outline edit for an ebook or story
- Work on a larger project or campaign that involves story
- Brainstorm a large campaign with story ideas, transitions, and structural elements
